
The Sacrament of Confirmation completes the process of Christian Initiation for those baptized and affirms the faith of the individual receiving the sacrament. It strengthens him/her with the gift of the Holy Spirit. The sacrament obliges the confirmed with the responsibility to witness to Christ in word and deed, and to spread the faith through involvement with the parish community and the wider Church.
It is essential that both parents, sponsors and youth take an active role in preparation for Confirmation. Please refer to the resources listed below.
